Palatines to America Annual Membership Meeting
The PalAm annual membership meeting will be held during the International German Genealogy Partners Conference in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The meeting will be held Friday evening June 9 at 7:00 pm EDT both in person and virtual.
There are three primary issues that will come before the Membership to vote on:

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you can participate remotely via Zoom and vote on the issues. If you want to participate in the Meeting via Zoom, please click on this Registration link.
If you prefer to email your Ballot, fill it in with your votes marked, scan and email it to mailto:membership@palam.org
If you want to cast your votes by regular mail, send your completed ballot to: Palatines to America PO Box 531096 Indianapolis IN 531096
To have your vote count, you must be a member in good standing; that is, you must have paid your annual fee for Membership Year 2022-2023 or be a lifetime members. Please print your name at the bottom of the Ballot so we know the Ballot was submitted by a member in good standing. If you mail your ballot it must be postmarked no later than June 1, 2023.
